During our Scholarship Season, which begins in mid-fall and extends into early winter, the Hartford Foundation offers more than 150 scholarships to students of all types in Greater Hartford.
The majority of our scholarships are closed for applications until fall 2022.

Community Scholarships
Several Greater Hartford organizations have scholarships that they've chosen to list on our website. Every Community Scholarship has its own unique critera, application process and deadline.
The Hartford Foundation has its own scholarship portal featuring 60+ scholarships. Visitors to our portal complete an eligibility quiz and can then apply to multiple scholarships.
These scholarships are available to:
graduating high school seniors
4-year college students
2-year college students
graduate students
adult learners
vocational students
DEADLINE: FEBRUARY 1, 2022 (a few scholarships available year-round)
