  • Graduating high school seniors who attend a high school in the 29-town Greater Hartford region witha preference for students from Rocky Hill High School in Rocky Hill, CT
  • Entering college and pursuing an undergraduate degree on a full-time basis
  • Achieved academic success in high school
  • Involved with volunteer, community service and/or extracurricular activities
  • Involved in athletic activities at a high school level or have a sports background, with preference for those who have played basketball.
  • Has financial need in order to attend college
