About This Scholarship
During her lifetime, Dorothy Bonelli established an educational trust, the remainder to be used to enable individuals of Puerto Rican descent to acquire a post high school education. After she passed in 2012, this scholarship fund was established to help graduating high school seniors in need of financial aid to pursue post-secondary educational opportunities. Preference is given to young adults of Puerto Rican families in Hartford County.
