- Graduating high school senior who resides in and attends a high school in the City of Hartford
- Will be enrolled full-time in a four year college/university in the fall after high school graduation
- African-American or Hispanic/Latino students
- Need financial aid in order to attend college
About This Scholarship
This fund was established to support students who reside in and attend a high school in the City of Hartford, have financial need in order to attend college and are planning on entering a pubic four-year college or university to matriculate on a full-time basis.
