  • Graduating high school seniors who reside in South Windsor, CT and attend either South Windsor High School in South Windsor, CT, or East Catholic High School in Manchester, CT.
  • Entering a four-year college and pursuing an undergraduate degree on a full-time basis.
  • Pursuing majors and/or careers in science, medicine, nursing or a health-related area.
  • Achieved academic success in high school.
  • Have financial need.

About This Scholarship

The Joyce S. Picard Scholarship Fund supports students who are graduating seniors that reside in South Windsor, CT, and attend South Windsor High School or East Catholic High School in Manchester, CT, are entering a four-year college, and pursuing an undergraduate degree on a full-time basis.
