  • Primary scholarship recipients: members of Center Congregational Church of Manchester, CT.
  • Secondary scholarship recipients: persons who are bona fide residents of the Town of Manchester, CT.
  • Tertiary scholarship recipients: residents of communities surrounding the Town of Manchester, CT (East Hartford, South Windsor, Vernon, Bolton, Glastonbury).

Gordon and Muriel Wilson were devoted members of the Center Congregational Church in Manchester, Connecticut.  They created this fund through their wills to support college scholarships for members of their church or students from the town of Manchester.
