Selection Criteria

Graduating high school senior.
Resident of the City of Hartford.
Attending a public high school in Connecticut.
Entering a 2-year, 4-year, or vocational/technical college on a full-time basis.
Pursuing an undergraduate degree on a full-time basis.
Have achieved academic success in high school by maintaining at least a 2.0 GPA or higher and show promise of continued academic achievement at the college level.
Demonstrated financial need in order to attend college.

Scholarships from this fund are for students who reside in the City of Hartford, and attend a public school in Connecticut.
